Our jewelry is water-resistant and made to be worn every day. To keep the finish at its best for longer, take your pieces off before swimming, showering or exercising.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our pieces are made to keep their colour. Keep them away from perfume, lotions and oils, and store each piece in its pouch when you are not wearing it, so the finish stays beautiful for longer.
How do I find my size?
Every product page lists the size of the piece. The Halo anklet comes in Regular and Large, open the size guide next to the size options to find yours.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Every piece is made to sit against your skin all day. If you have a known metal sensitivity, check the material of the piece under Material and care before you order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day with tracking on every order, and arrive within 6 to 13 business days in total.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece, no reason needed. Beyond that, we cover manufacturing defects for 12 months.
Can I send it as a gift?
Every order arrives in gift ready packaging, and you can add a gift note on the product page or in the cart.
