Halo Anklet

I ordered the silver and gold anklets with 3 toe rings for my cruise! They look amazing and I got so many compliments from people on the cruise and asked a million times where I bought them. I loved being able to refer them the website for ordering! Also? The customer service is first class, I did have trouble with the Gold one it kept opening when I walked or stretched which then it would cut into my ankle. I messaged them and within a day it was sorted, no hoops, no requested order number they just asked for a video and sent a new one out!! I would recommend them 1000x Oo and the Jewlery water proof I wore them in the pool and on the beach multiple times!! I’m going to order more for my next cruise!!!!

Love them — and yes, they DO open! Absolutely love these anklets. I ordered the Regular and the fit is perfect, and the mixed gold and silver look gorgeous stacked — I’m wearing two on each ankle. One thing worth clarifying because I found the product description a little confusing: they do open. They look seamless when closed, but one end has a long pin that slides into the other side, so you don’t need to try to slide the whole anklet over your foot. This actually makes them much easier to put on and take off, while still giving that seamless look when worn. Very happy with them and glad I ordered the stacks. Definitely 5 stars from me.

There was an issue with my order. I did not receive one of my items. I reached out to customer service and they responded within a couple of hours. They did ask for some confirmation photos, which I totally understand. They sent out the missing item right away as well as a replacement halo anklet as I had ordered the large and it was just too big for me. This was all sent at no charge to me. I was extremely happy with the efficiency of the customer service team. I felt valued as a customer. I have already ordered from them again. I would 100% recommend this company.

I ordered the Halo anklet and absolutely love the design, but the anklet would not stay together I’m really aggravated my ankle(top of my foot area). I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and offered suggestions to fix it. When they still didn’t solve the problem I reached back out and they were quick to offer to replace it at no extra charge and to send the large size to see if that would alleviate the irritation. Customer service was top-notch, quick to respond, and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I bought the Halo anklet and unfortunately it didn’t work for me as an anklet. I got I touch with the team and they have bent over backwards to make sure I am happy and to offer me another alternative! I had a reply within hours of sending my request and this is on a Sunday too. I placed an order for an anklet that does not have a closure. I was not aware of this. I did not realize that they offered more than one size. Add any rate, I immediately contacted customer service and explained my situation. Not only did they change the order to a different size for me, quickly. They also allowed me to use the higher discount code I had. I am completely pleased with this type of professional service and cannot wait to get my product.

I ordered two of the halo anklets. One broke right away. The other drops slightly too low and then would pop open as I walked. My ankle is between the sizes to I think it’s an issue with the way it fits me. Customer service was extremely kind and helpful and allowed me to exchange both anklets. The anklets were beautiful and well made. Just didn’t work for me. I appreciate how easy it’s been to exchange the items for something that does.

I purchased and absolutely fell in love with a large gold halo anklet and a toe ring set. Unfortunately something happened and the clasp broke. As soon as I emailed explaining what had happened, I received a response within a day, and after photo evidence I was met with a replacement sent out at no cost. I could not be happier with this level of customer service. 10/10 Thanks guys I cant wait for my replacement to arrive!!! 😊

what an amazing ankle bracelet it was more than I expected. Oh my God when everybody sees us, I don’t even have time to put it on right now but when everybody sees this, it is gonna be the top of the table. I had brain surgery in 23 so it takes me a little bit to do stuff and I have to get somebody to put it on me the absolutely most amazing piece of jewelry thank you so much and yes, I will be buying Mona.

I had ordered to anklet and they came really fast product was beautiful. Unfortunately they were too small. The company immediately advised they would send a larger version I asked if my granddaughter could have a different one instead and instantly a new order was placed and being shipped. I recommend this company product is great and eager to make things right. Impressive

I absolutely love my anklets . I ordered two, one silver & one gold . So beautiful together or separately. I decided I needed to get the large instead of the standard size. The customer service was amazing and very helpful and fast to reply and help me with my exchange.
